There is no minimum order requirement. All orders are welcome.
Step 1:
Visit our website and create a list of the items you're interested in purchasing. Please include the Item Reference Number and the desired quantity for each product. Send this information to us via email or our contact form.
Step 2:
Once we receive your inquiry, we will calculate the shipping cost based on your preferred shipping method (By Air, By Sea, By Postal Service, or Courier). A Proforma Invoice will then be issued.
Shipping can be arranged as either:
Prepaid Freight (C&F) – Freight cost is added to the invoice, or
Freight Collect (FOB) – You pay the freight charges upon arrival, as per your instructions.
Step 3:
You may also purchase directly through our eCRATER store. If any of the items you require are not listed there, please contact us so we can add them to the store for you.
Our prices are listed in USD (US Dollars), but invoices can be issued in Euros or other international currencies upon request.
Prices shown on the website are typically valid for 6 months and may be revised thereafter.
Volume Discounts (on FOB value of shipment):
Orders between $10,000 – $20,000: Receive a 3% discount on all regular-priced items.
For new clients, advance payment is required.
After one year of successful business, CAD terms or credit may be considered.
All export payments must be made in USD or Euros.

A Proforma Invoice will be issued upon confirmation of your order. Shipping options (C&F or FOB) will be specified as per your instructions. Prepaid shipments will include freight charges in the invoice.
By Sea: 30–45 days
By Air: 10–15 days
By Postal Service: 14–21 days
By Courier (DHL/FEDEX): 5–7 days
We pack all orders with extra care using heavy-duty containers and sufficient protective materials (like bubble wrap) to ensure safe delivery.
Stock items: Shipped within 10–15 days of order confirmation and payment.
Custom/non-stock items: Shipped within 21–45 days.
We can stamp or engrave logos on products as per your request, discussed and confirmed during the order process.
Samples are available upon payment of sample and shipping costs. If you have a courier account, we can use it to ship samples.
If you receive a damaged item and are unsatisfied with it, simply inform us. We will send a replacement free of charge.
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Refunds are offered in the form of item exchange from our available stock. If a product arrives damaged and you do not wish to keep it, let us know, and we’ll send you a replacement free of cost.

You are of legal age (18 years or older).
The merchandise you are buying is legal to own in your city/state/country.
AZHAR TRADING CO. makes no representation regarding local laws. Please check with your local authorities before making a purchase.
By making a purchase, you agree to assume all responsibility and legal risk associated with ownership and use of the items. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZHAR TRADING CO. from any legal claims related to the purchase or use of our merchandise.
